The Baba Yagas [YAGAS] corporation was formed from several former members of The Boyz. alliance, primarily Hull Pen, in the lead up to joining INIT.
November 2023 - YAGAS joined INIT with approximately 10 mains.
Shortly after, YAGAS resurrected INIT's Pochven sig to great success.
At that point, YAGAS structure holdings were a few Pocos in Pochven and the Urhinichi fortizar.
In the time since then, YAGAS has grown to almost 200 mains.
We have our own nullsec indy hub, own all of the surviving Pochven structures, have a massive metanox empire (100+) and more.
Yagas has consistently performed at or near the top for the entire alliance in kills and participation, even when we were considerably smaller than most of the top alliance corps.
March of 2026 saw the beginning of a war in Pochven between Yagas and friends, and the 7.62 boxers and their friends. This war drug on for many months.
On May 9th, 2026, the Urhinichi fortizar was destroyed during a large battle involving over 3,000 pilots and 728b isk destroyed (https://br.evetools.org/br/69ffc1d1413d4a001275b46b) - which has since been commemorated by CCP with a memorial site.
On August 13th, 2026, the Kuharah fortizar was destroyed during a battle involving nearly 4,000 pilots and 775b isk destroyed (https://br.evetools.org/br/6a7e63e6bdd1d4c0bcfb476a).
